Education and Technical Assistance

NHS partners with United Neighbors to provide the DREAM Program for First Time Homebuyers.

There is an 8 hour homeownership education course offered evenings and on some Saturdays.

One of our new and exciting programs is our Post purchase education program.  NHS would like to give you as homeowners the best possible opportunity to maintain your home, and stabilize your investment. 

NHS is offering classes in Post Purchase Education Courses for Homeowners.  These classes are offered free of charge and open to the public on the 3rd Friday and Saturday of every month from 10:00—12:00.  Topics vary, call the office at 324-1556 to register.
